45 Colorado is conveniently
located near several of Detroit's major traffic arteries. It is only a half
block from Detroit's main street, Woodward Avenue, and two minutes from
Interstate 75 [Chrysler Expressway], M10 [Lodge Expressway], and the Davison
Expressway giving you easy access to the entire metropolis.
From I-75 [Chrysler Xway] North or Southbound:
Take Exit 56B [Davison West, Oakland Ave Exit]. Keep to the right and take the
Oakland Avenue Exit. Pass through the first light [Oakland] and proceed to
the second light [John R]. Turn LEFT on John R and travel six blocks to
Colorado. Turn RIGHT on Colorado. 45 Colorado is the seventh house
on the north side of the street.
From Woodward: Turn east on Colorado.
Landmarks are a Marathon Service Station on the north corner, a First Federal of
Michigan Bank on the south.
From M10 [Lodge Xway]: Exit Davison Ave.
EAST. Take the first exit [Woodward]. Turn RIGHT at the Woodward
[first] light and proceed six blocks south to Colorado Street. Landmarks are a Marathon Service
