3RD FLOOR:

[with a claw foot bath tub] are located on the third floor. The front room is 13
x 15' while the back is 10 x 11'. The entire floor stairs and landing are
freshly painted and carpeted.
BASEMENT:
A full and dry
and freshly painted basement extends
under the entire house. The house is heated by
a high efficiency gas fired 150,000 BTU Hydra-Therm furnace located in its own
furnace room. The house is heated by steam radiators and all windows are
sealed with storm windows keeping heating bills to a minimum.
Large eaves and thick stucco exterior keep the house warm in
winter and cool in summer. To the back of the basement is a large room with a
laundry area on one end and an enclosed single toilet at the other. A
fully shelved tool, or canning, room and a storage room make up the remaining
space and there is a side entry door for easy access.
